I'm an architect and urban designer. My passion is working with informal settlements and imparting my knowledge and skills to underprivileged communities to help create just environments and acceptable living standards using low-cost, effective and sustainable design solutions. My master's project focuses on an informal settlement in my native South Africa and has been published in the newspaper The Jerusalem Post, in a local design journal representing the country's top projects and in the international EDRA conference in the USA.
I have almost 6 years of professional experience working with some of the world's top architecture firms on multi-scalar projects and believe I can greatly contribute to RAY.
