Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Limited (IPSCDL) represented by its Managing Director & CEO has been authorised to carry out the process for Appointment of Comprehensive Project Management Consultant for Design/ Design Review, Detailed Engineering and Project Management of various Urban Infrastructure Development Projects for Panaji City through Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) process. 

The Comprehensive Project Management Consultants (CPMC) shall be responsible for Comprehensive consultancy for all the projects conceptualised by IPSCDL; from concept to commissioning stage including designing, supervision, and entire contract management including quality control along with payment certification during/ post construction.
