Report on SWM Odisha ULBManagement of solid waste reduces or eliminates adverse impacts on the environment and human health and supports economic development and improved quality of life. A number of processes are involved in effectively managing waste for a municipality. These include source-segregation, door-to-door collection, collection from community bins, transportation, processing, recycling and disposal. This report is submitted in pursuance of orders of Honourable National Green Tribunal (NGT) dated 15/01/2015 by Commissioner cum Secretary, H&UD Department, Government of Odisha that reports the ststua of SWM in ULBs in Odisha.
