Ludhiana Smart City Limited invites requests for bids for the provision of works for the project “DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE RETROFITTING & IMPROVEMENT WORKS FOR SARABHA NAGAR MARKET, LUDHIANA INCLUDING 2 YEARS OF DEFECT LIABILITY AND 5 YEARS OF MAINTENANCE (SMART CITY MISSION)” of Sarabha Nagar Market (Kipps Market), the Employer envisions comprehensive upgrading of the market area. This work includes (but is not limited to) external development works for hardscape, softscape, site furniture, lighting, signage in the plaza areas & park as well as perimeter streetscape work. In addition, public utilities are to be improved with undergrounding of overhead cabling and construction of a new Public Toilet block.
