The RFID chip has been installed in all houses, schools, government offices and other institutions. These chips have a connection with collecting vehicles and get certified only after the waste is collected. This waste is them stored temporarily in sensor enabled bins which give a signal to the command and control centre when it is 80% filled to capacity so that this can be emptied. All the activity from collection, transport, processing, recycling or disposal is monitored through Command and control centre.
