On 22-23 February 2015, a special workshop on Next Steps was organized by the SCM, with the 20 winning cities and the 23 fast-track cities, on how to rework their smart city plans and make them better. All the 20 winners were urged to launch their implementation before 28 June, 2016 – in less than one year from launch.
