AdvisoryUnder the Smart City Mission (SCM), cities have prepared their Smart City Proposal (SCP) that is appropriate to its local context, resources and levels of ambition. The SCP contains the vision, plan for mobilisation of resources and intended outcomes in terms of infrastructure up-gradation and smart applications. The projects included in the SCP were formulated based on the SCM guidelines and included projects under the Area Based Development and Pan City Initiatives. Implementation of the SCP is being done by the SPV with monitoring at the National / State / City level. The details of the projects forming part of the SCP are being reflected in the MIS tool being managed by the Ministry at the National level.
