The “Swachh Office” rating was first conducted in 2015, as part of the Thematic Drive for cleaning government Offices and Buildings. It was repeated in 2016. The thematic drive for 16th-30th May 2016 is also on the same lines, and we are expecting an enthusiastic response not only from offices of the Government of India, but various state and local government offices as well. Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment is as important as maintaining a clean and hygienic home, because we spend 8-10 hours every working day in offices.
