Model RFP for Selection of Consulting Services for Assessment of Non-Revenue Water and Developing Strategy and Implementation Action Plan for Reduction Plan for reduction of Non-Revenue Water in Select Smart Cities

The Government of India has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a credit toward the cost of Capacity Building for Urban Development (CBUD) Project. The Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD), Government of Indiaan implementing agency of the Client, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued. Payments by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Ministry of Urban Development and upon approval by the Bank, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement.

The Ministry of Urban Development now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: “Assessment of  Non-Revenue Water and Developing Strategy and Implementation Action Plan for Reduction Plan for reduction of  Non -Revenue Water in Select Smart Cities ”.
