Training of trainers on Faecal Sludge and Septage Management

Septage Management is a significant element of urban sanitation. With Swachh Bharat Mission, Government of India has set an impressive target of univeral access to improved sanitation.

Citywide integrated Faecal Sludge Mangement (IFSM) planning involves assesment and planning accross the full service chain. It was observed that though manycity officials aspire to adopt IFSM, there is a loack of know how.  In this context IFSM toolkit was developed.
