Request for Qualification for Empanelment Of Independent Artists, Art Education Institutes, Non Governmental Organizations To Undertake Public Art Works For The “City Beautification Under Street Art And Murals Project- Stamp” In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) invites request for qualification from independent artists, art education institutes and non-governmental organizations to undertake public art works for the “City Beautification under Street Art and Murals Project- STAMP” in Bhubaneswar. The empanelment shall remain valid for one year from date of signing the agreement. The empanelment can be extended for one more year on the basis of performance. This Call for Artists is a two stage process. The first stage is a request for qualification (RFQ), in which BMC invites artists to submit general qualification for wall paintings, murals and street art. The second stage is a request for proposals (RFP), in which all the empanelled independent artists, art education institutes and non-governmental organizations shall be invited to submit proposals for the “City Beautification under Street Art and Murals Project- STAMP”.
