Smart Control System: Guideline 2.3

One of the objectives is to apply Smart Solutions in order to make infrastructure and services better (Guideline 2.3). Moreover, solutions services contracts should be used instead of hardware procurement contract only and generic specifications should be used (Annexure 4; criteria 4.1,4,a). In order to fulfill the conditions prescribed by the Guidelines, Smart Command & Control Centres should have the given elements.
