Further it explain Environmental Impact Assessment procedures like EIA, SEA, REA etc. This rep addresses is the levels and cross-sectoral nature of the relationship between environment and disasters. The backbone for implementing any measures for mainstream DRR is the framework of laws and policies that this report would help develop.
