The Smart City SPV for Guwahati City has been incorporated in the name of Guwahati Smart City Development Agency Limited (GSCDAL) with board of directors from State Government as well as Guwahati Municipal Corporation and nominees from the Government of India. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Guwahati Smart City Mission SPV is the Hon Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam. Shri Ashutosh Agnihotri, IAS, is the CEO and Managing Director of the SPV duly appointed by the Government.
