The ISAC will recognize and reward cities, projects and innovative ideas that are promoting sustainable development in urban areas in India, as well as stimulating inclusive, equitable, safe, healthy and collaborative cities, thus enhancing quality of life for all. The quality of each proposal will be evaluated based on three aspects: Innovation, Impact, and Replicability / Scalability.
To participate in the contest, Smart Cities must fill-in the following online form. Proposals must be submitted online and are to conform to the terms and conditions here included. The form and all complementary information will have to be filled out entirely in English. The Ministry reserves the right to ask for any clarification or additional information about the submitted entries. No additional documents to the web form will be accepted, unless requested by the Ministry.
Please Note: The ISAC is aimed at Smart Cities participating under the Smart Cities Mission only. Only those projects which have been 100% complete as on 1st April 2018 would be considered for both the categories of award. Submissions must only be made by the respective ULBs / Smart City SPVs.
