Smart Cities Mission, MoHUA is organising a webinar Series "CitySpeak - where cities will speak differently". The presentation format is called PechaKucha, wherein 20 slides x 20 seconds (total 400 seconds) is used to present. The topic for discussion is Being Smart, is being prepared.
