Request for Proposal for the Mixed Use Real Estate Redevelopment of MOG Lines (Kukkut Palan Kendra Land Parcel) on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer Basis in Indore, MP under the Smart Cities Mission

As part of Smart City Mission, Indore Smart City Development Limited has decided to undertake development of the "Mixed Use Real Estate Redevelopment Projects on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer basis" on Free Hold at Indore, in the State of Madhya Pradesh (the “Project”) through Public-Private Partnership (the "PPP") and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a Developer/ Builder Agency having experience of Real Estate Projects as the bidder to whom the Project may be awarded. Details of the project shall be available in the RFP.
