Gangtok smart city development limited (GSCDL) has planned to invite the qualified & interested vendors for the construction of rain water harvesting system at various locations in Gangtok city by adopting advanced rain water harvesting technology such as co-polymer based cross wave technology etc. As per the specification provided in the RFP
