Chief Executive Officer Rourkela Smart City Ltd(RSCL) invites Percentage Rate bids for the Works mentioned below in table-I through e-procurement in Conformity of this Advertisement and the Detailed Tender Call Notice(DTCN) in Two Bid system(Part-I: General & Technical Bid and Part-II Financial Bid/Price Bid/BOQ) from Intending Bidders fulfilling the eligibility Criteria mentioned as per other qualifying requirement of DTCN . Agreement will be drawn by Rourkela Smart City Limited after the completion of two stage bid Process (Technical & Financial) with the successful bidder in the P1 Contract form . Interested firm may down load the DTCN from the website www.tendersodisha.gov.in, www.rmc.nic.in, www.smartnet.niua.org. Each bid should be submitted online through the website portal www.tendersodisha.gov.in by eligible bidder, Bidder should have requested to enroll themselves under e-Procurement process of Govt of Odisha in required Class/Category
