Request for Proposal (RFP) For Selection of Master System Integrator (MSI) for Implementation of Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) in Allahabad City

The objective of this RFP is to select a Master Systems Integrator (MSI) for implementation of Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) in Allahabad city under the smart city
initiatives of Allahabad Smart City Limited (ASCL). The Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of three volumes viz.

1. RFP Volume 1: Instruction to Bidders, Volume 1 details the instructions with respect to the bid process management, technical evaluation framework, and the technical & financial forms.
2. RFP Volume 2: Scope of work, Volume 2 of the RFP provides information regarding the project components, scope of services, functional and technical specifications, design guidelines, Project Implementation Plan, details of the existing infrastructure and project geographical coverage.
3. RFP Volume 3: Master Service Agreement & Service Level Agreement ,Volume 3 contains the contractual, legal terms & conditions and service levels applicable for the proposed engagement.
