Request for Proposal for selection of agency to design, procure, install, operate and maintain Public Bicycle Sharing System in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL) invites proposals in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for selection of agency to design, procure, install, operate and maintain Public Bicycle Sharing System in Bhubaneswar either as a single entity (sole bidder) or in consortium having required experience and eligibility as per the said RFP to provide a total package solution for successful operation of the Public Bicycle Sharing system, which includes system software and hardware, required field and central equipment/hardware, installation, integration, communication technology, operations and comprehensive maintenance as described herein for a complete deployment of PBS project in Bhubaneswar City. Other detailed terms and conditions for submission and evaluation of bids including scope of services and contractual terms & conditions are provided in the RFP document. The bidders are advised to make themselves aware with the site conditions before proceeding with the tender submission.
