The undersigned is directed to refer this Ministry's OM of even number dated 31st August 2017 (copy enclosed) conveying 31st October 2017 as the last date of submission of SCPs for participation in Round 4 of All India City Challenge and to say that based on the deliberations/feedbacks during the handholding sessions conducted by this Ministry in September 2017 and
October 2017, the stipulated date for submission of SCPs, has since been extended from 31st October 2017 to so" November 2017.
