Those Contractors who are not registered with Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Jharkhand are also permitted to take part in tender processIn such case the Contractor should be registered in any State Government/ Central Government/ Public SectorUnit/undertaking in appropriate class in Road Construction. However such Contractors in the event of award of work will perforce have to get registered with Urban Development & Housing Department, Government ofJharkhand within a period of Two (2) Months from date of Award of Contract.
