Request for Proposal for Reclamation of Parlopeta MSW Dumpsite Through BioMining Process in Kakinada on Design-Build-Operate (DBO)

The Kakinada smart city Corporation Limited (KSCCL) intends to enter into a “DESIGN-BUILDOPERATE” (DBO) contract with a Private Service Provider to implement the project on “Reclamation of Parlopeta Dumpsite through Bio-mining process in KMC” (herein after referred as Project). The project would involve Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of the Bio-mining and Reclamation of existing solid waste dumpsite in the said process in a scientific manner at Parlopeta dumpsite in KMC area. The duration of the concession will be for 2 years. KSCCL is inviting proposals from the interested parties as per the laid down norms in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
