How to Manage PPPThe Post Award Contract Management Manual for PPP Concessions has been designed to provide guidance on various activities required to be undertaken by the Authority officials at different stages of project lifecycle. The manuals have been developed for PPP projects in three sectors, viz. Highways, Ports and Schools (Volume I, II and III respectively), where each manual is based on the Model Concession Framework of Government of India for that sector. These manuals serve as model post award contract management guides with a detailed, step-by-step approach to effective contract management in these sectors.
