Model RFP for Selecting Consulting Services for Improvement in Property Tax CollectionsImprovement of Property Tax Collection is a key Reform under AMRUT. In order to assist in implementation of the reform, the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD) empanels agencies and the States / Cities have to select agencies for implementation. Accordingly, the Ministry of Urban Development has empanelled five consulting firms to provide technical assistance to States/Cities. A model Request for Proposal (RfP) to procure an agency from the empanelled list has also been prepared. The RfP, is based on the QCBS method as per the World Bank guidelines. The RfP may be customised as per the requirements of the State/City.
