For the Street for People Challenge’s walking audit, the city officials, registrants of the city-led design competition, and other stakeholders are expected to walk together in their selected pilot sites, to understand what makes their streets walkable and liveable, and what is missing. Participants are also encouraged to conduct multiple walking audits at different times of the day and night to capture the site’s temporal characteristics. Check out and the audit checklist here.
