Over the years, cycling has reduced, but even today the city has over 2000 cycle stores renting out more than 100,000 cycles! Indore embraced this opportunity to revive cycling, testing cycle lanes at the city centre and launching rallies to get people on cycles again! The city now plans to fix the gaps in its existing cycle network, and give its old cycling culture new life.
