RFP Documents for Development of Polytechnic Junction to Bharatmata Square Four Lane Smart Road Bhopal Smart City Development Corporation Limited herein after referred as the Corporation will receive e-Tenders for the work as per the specifications and schedule of prices in the e-Tender document. The e-Tenders shall be opened online as specified in the e-Tender notice in the presence of interested Tenderers or their representatives. The Corporation reserves the right to reject the lowest or any other or all e- Tenders or part of it which in the opinion of the Corporation does not appear to be in its best interest, and the Tenderer shall have no cause of action or claim against the Corporation or its officers,employees, successors or assignees for rejection of his e-Tender.
