Expression of Interest for Asociation as Master Consultants for the Preparation and Implementation of Zonal Development Plans and/or Area Development Schemes

Patna Metropolitan Area Authority (PMAA), Urban Development and Housing Department (UDHD) Bihar invites proposal from institutions of national repute such as IITs/NITs/ SPAs/ CEPT, Ahmedabad/CIDCO, Mumbai/NIUA/IIHS, Bangalore, etc having expertise in the field of Urban Planning and having capability to deliver a range of activities for acting as Master Consultant for the preparation and implementation of 1. Zonal Development Plans (ZDPs), and, 2. Area Development Schemes (ADSs) for Patna Metropolitan Area in accordance with Patna Master Plan 2031 under the legislative policy framework of Bihar Urban Planning and Development Act 2012 and BUPD Rules 2014, Bihar Municipal Act 2007 and Urban and Regional Development Plan Formulation and Implementation Guidelines, 2014.
