Ludhiana Smart City Ltd (LSCL) intends to appoint a Concessionaire for implementing Smart Street Light project in Ludhiana on ESCO (Pay from savings) model on Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis for a specified Concession Period i.e. 08 years including implementation period of 9 months (extendable by 3 Months) and remaining period for operation and maintenance and energy saving payment. Chief Executive Officer, Ludhiana Smart City Limited, Ludhiana invites online bids (on ESCO (pay from Savings) from eligible bidders (Joint Ventures allowed fulfilling the eligibility criteria as per RFP) for Selection of Concessionaire for Implementing Smart LED Street Lights and Centralized Control & Monitoring System for Ludhiana City on ESCO (pay from savings) model.
