Jabalpur Smart City Limited (JSCL) intends to develop an integrated Multi Level Car Parking and Re-development of Swimming Pool at Bhawartal through Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) mode on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (“DBFOT”) basis.

This RFP is for the Planning, Designing, Engineering, Finance, Construction, Development, Operation and Maintenance of Multi Level Car Parking and redevelopment of swimming pool (“Project”) at Bhawartal and further the concessionaire can use the remaining area permissible for development in accordance to existing bye-laws for operation of a food court/restaurant/cafeteria.
