The objective of this RFP is to select a Master Systems Integrator (MSI) for implementation of Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) in Allahabad city under the smart city
initiatives of Allahabad Smart City Limited (ASCL). The Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of three volumes viz.
- RFP Volume 1: Instruction to Bidders, Volume 1 details the instructions with respect to the bid process management, technical evaluation framework, and the technical & financial forms.
- RFP Volume 2: Scope of work, Volume 2 of the RFP provides information regarding the project components, scope of services, functional and technical specifications, design guidelines, Project Implementation Plan, details of the existing infrastructure and project geographical coverage.
- RFP Volume 3: Master Service Agreement & Service Level Agreement ,Volume 3 contains the contractual, legal terms & conditions and service levels applicable for the proposed engagement.
