The Port Blair Smart Projects Limited (PBSPL) is executing SMART CITY MISSION (SCM) in Port Blair.  PBSPL invites proposal to provide the following consulting services: PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (PMC) TO DESIGN, DEVELOP, MANAGE AND IMPLEMENT SMART CITY PROJECTS UNDER SMART CITY MISSION (SCM) IN PORT BLAIR.
