Smart Pole Hubballi-Dharwad Smart City Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as “Authority” or “HDSCL”) intends to appoint a Concessionaire for Implementing Intelligent Poles in Hubballi-Dharwad on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) model on Public Private Partnership (PPP) Basis (the “Project”) for a specified Concession Period i.e. implementation period of 12 months, operation and maintenance period of 14 years (post go-live) comprising a total of 15 years (the “Concession Period”).
