Rourkela Smart City Limited (RSCL) invites proposals in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for selection of a consultant from a single entity (companies registered under Companies Act, 1956) having required experience as per the said RFP to design and assist RSCL in implementing the Smart Solutions Project as detailed in the Terms of Reference and Smart City proposal of Rourkela.
