Kakinada Smart City Corporation Limited (KSCCL) invites bids from eligible bidders for Re-Development with additional facilities to a. Pedda Market b. Kotta peta & c. Gandhinagar Markets. The broad scope of work under the bid shall include development and construction of as per the Bill of Quantities given in the Section IV of the bid document and Specifications, Engineering Standards and construction Drawings for all the 3 markets given in this section. The development of the markets summarily consists of the following works:

  • New Compound Wall
  • Market Shed with RCC framed structure
  • Pathways with interlocking tiles Loading/unloading areas
  • Development of Existing Blocks
  • Landscape wherever feasible
  • Water Supply & Drainage System
  • Electrification indoor and outdoor
  • Cattle traps
  • Development of Existing Toilets
  • Security Room

As per corrigendum -1 dated 22-05-2017, the last date for submission of bids electronically has been changed from 25th May 2017 to 01st June 2017, and, the last date of submission of bids physically has been changed from 27th May 2017 to 03rd June 2017

As per corrigendum-2 dated 30-05-2017, the last date for submission of bids electronically has been changed from 01st June 2017 to 07th June 2017, and, the last date of submission of bids physically has been changed from 03rd June 2017 to 09th June 2017

As per corrigendum-3 dated 06-06-2017, the last date for submission of bids electronically has been changed from 07th June 2017 to 14th June 2017, and, the last date of submission of bids physically has been changed from 09th June 2017 to 16th June 2017
