Solapur City Development Corporation Limited (SCDCL) invites proposals for installation, operation and maintenance of E-Toilets with Bio-Digesters at 10 locations in the area selected for Area Based Development under the Smart Cities Mission in Solapur through Public Private Partnership mode on Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (“DBOT”) basis. This RFP is for Installation, Planning, Designing, Engineering, Finance, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of E-Toilets with Bio-Digesters at 10 places in ABD Area.
