Up-Scaling City Networks for Knowledge Exchange at Regional Level: Networking Event at WUF

The networking event at WUF 9 aims to share learnings from NIUA initiatives and share the successes of knowledge networks amongst cities and institutions on a global platform with the intention of leveraging these at a trans-national level. The focus is on city networks and knowledge network initiatives across nations, and elaborating roles of the national and regional hubs. In addition, the aim is also to draw incentives that could encourage national governments and regional and sub-regional associations and agencies to formalize knowledge networks.
