Request for Proposal for the appointment of technical consultant for preparation of design and detailed project report with construction supervision for 2.5 km of waterfront development under Smart Cities Mission in Kalyan-Dombivli

The SCP proposes for the development of 2.5 km of waterfront starting from the Durgadi Bridge, as the first phase for development of waterfront. The waterfront is proposed to be developed based on the characteristics of the surrounding area such that it can become centre for cultural and recreational activities. The Chief Executive Officer, SKDCL (SPV and client) has decided to initiate development of waterfront by appointing appropriate experts to develop, design and implement the project. In pursuance of the same, the Client has decided to carry out the process for preparation of design and detailed project report with construction supervision of 2.5 km of waterfront and management services for “waterfront development”.
