Expression of Interest (EoI) For Smart Health in Jabalpur

Jabalpur Smart City Limited (JSCL) invites proposals (“Tenders”) to this Expression of Interest (“EoI”) from Smart Heath solution. The sole objective of this document is to solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible entities. A Separate Request for Proposal (RFP) would be issued post the EOI for Smart Health.

The primary objective of the project is to make available a comprehensive healthcare in public health facilities based on ICT interventions. This will ensure that a minimum set of diagnostics appropriate to the level of care are available to the citizens. The project should also reduce high out of pocket expenditure incurred by patients for diagnostics and consultation. This can be achieved by converging various government schemes. JSCL wishes to explore various solutions, which can be implemented as part of Smart City projects aiming towards an affordable, reliable Smart Healthcare for the citizens of Jabalpur. This may include various initiatives including, but not limited to implementing a web portal and a mobile application that helps medical practitioners deliver medical services to patients, the citizens / patients to know and benefit from various government schemes.
