Request for Proposal for Appointment of Project Development, Management and Monitoring Consultant for ICT based Smart Solutions for Smart City Projects for Indore Smart City Development Limited

For the purpose of implementing the Smart Cities project, Indore Smart City Development Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) has been established as a public limited company under the Indian Companies Act 2013. ISCDL has received funds from Government of India and Government of Madhya Pradesh (GoMP) for the development of smart city in Indore and intends to invite the technical and financial proposals from the interested eligible bidders, to provide the consultancy services, for supporting client in developing and implementing the ICT based projects for smart solutions for pan-city and ABD proposals.

The ICT based smart solution across pan-city in Indore SCP includes Indore Intelligent Management System which is a comprehensive facility aggregating all ICT enabled services focusing broadly on three aspects:

• Backbone communication network, central command and control center for multi-purpose use with a dashboard for real time data analysis and information dissemination.
• Intelligent transport system (ITS)
• Intelligent Solid Waste Management (ISWM)
