To improve the service levels of public street lighting as per applicable standards through implementing energy efficiency street lighting features.  The Authority now intends to appoint an energy service company (“ESCO” or “Concessionaire”) for implementing energy efficient street lighting project in Solapur on through on a public private partnership (PPP) mode (the “Project”) for a specified Concession Period of 10 years for operation and maintenance and energy saving payment post the implementation period of 9 months (extendable by
3 Months).
