Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL), Bhubaneswar, is engaged in the development of Bhubaneswar Town Centre District (BTCD) area under the implementation of Smart City Proposal of Bhubaneswar and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake Redevelopment of Janpath Road including Streetscape Design, Beautification, Landscaping, Intersection Redesign, and Infrastructure Upgrades, in the city of Bhubaneswar through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (the “EPC”) Contract, and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a bidder to whom the Project may be awarded. A brief description of the project may be seen in the Information Memorandum of the Project at the website https://tendersodisha.gov.in. The scope of work will broadly include redevelopment of Janpath Road including streetscape design, beautification, landscaping, intersection redesign, and infrastructure upgrades with construction of new pavement, rehabilitation of existing pavement, construction and/or rehabilitation of major and minor bridges, culverts, road intersections, interchanges, drains, etc. and maintenance of the Project during the Defect Liability Period, which shall be 4 (four) years.
