Bidding Document for Procurement of Rehabilitation, Construction, Operation, Maintenance and Management of Bhagalpur Water Supply Project 1 (BWSP1)

The Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (BUIDCo; hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”), a Government of Bihar undertaking, represented by its Managing Director, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the improvement of Bhagalpur water supply system. The scope of work includes rehabilitation of existing water treatment works, construction of new water distribution infrastructure to achieve continuous pressurised (24x7) water supply, and operation, maintenance and management of the water supply system.
