The agenda for Cycles4Change Challenge online workshop 3 is: Introductory note from Mr. Kunal Kumar, Joint Seceretary, Smart Cities Mission, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. Panel discussion with the city representatives from Kohima, Surat and Bangalore- facilitating brainstorming and peer-to-peer learning between cities. Technical presentations from ITDP India Programme on how the survey data can be used in three different ways – for planning, community interventions and communication. It also provides cities with a step-by-step process of creating a successful cycling city, emphasising on the TEST – LEARN – SCALE approach. Pilot interventions along corridors and neighbourhoods were also discussed. And finally, city officials were encouraged to conduct handlebar surveys to map pain points and conflicts, which could inform the design solutions.
