SOLUTION PRESENTATION 22 Jun 2018 Advanced Network Command and Control System with Centralized Management (ANCCS & CM) TARGET SEGMENT All States in India are in the process of modernization of its police force. The Cabinet has given it’s approval for implementation of an umbrella scheme of ‘Modernization of Police Forces’ for years 2017-18 to 2019-20, with financial outlay of Rs 25060 crores. Upgradation of Police Wireless is to be covered under this scheme. ANCC & CM is a new generation of PTT technology with AES 256 encryption and has replaced traditional Walkie Talkie in over 40 countries. In addition to Voice it has many other features like geo fencing, tracking, and instant transfer of Pics and Videos, which is required by a modern police force for Command, Control and Despatch. Our solution is future proof and can be integrated with all new developments in data networks like 5G and Satellite. India is leading the world in 4G LTE data network coverage and usage, at very affordable rates. Our solution works on this abundant resource now available in the new Digital India. Hence our solution does not require expensive network infrastructure to be set up as is required for outdated traditional networks. PMR, LMR, Tetra , DMR , P25, iDENare technologies are in the end of their lives. MARKET RESEARCH AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS We have interacted with various Police departments in the country to identify their specific requirements. As a step towards smart policing, the police departments need to procure a fully integrated and secure Advanced Network Command and Control System with Command and Control Software and ruggedized terminals. The system configuration must have separate integrated terminals that would work as a Body worn camera, Microphone and speaker with IR night vision capability. The command and control centre should be capable of remotely controlling the terminals. • The system should have fully computerized software for command, control and dispatch of police force from Headquarters to various locations. • The system should be capable of providing location tracking & history logs of users in the police force. • The system should be capable of providing geo-fencing with alert when not in perimeter • The system should be capable of providing encrypted communication (128/256 bits) • The system should be capable of working on 4G/3G/2G and Wi-Fi networks. • The system should be capable of working on Microsoft or Android platforms • The system should have the capability of communication through PTT over LTE or wifi networks. • The system should be capable of live broadcasting of events from incident site to the command and control centre. • The system should be capable of capturing pictures and recording videos for dispatch to control room anytime when the networks are available. • The system should be capable of working on hilly terrains for efficient communication with the command control centre. • In times of disaster, emergencies and last mile connectivity, when all networks are down or not available, the solution should be capable of foolproof satellite communication between the important command centres in the state. • The terminals should be ruggedized and meet the standards of IP 67. • The terminals should have capacitive Generation 3 Gorilla Glass and Anti Glare LCD. • The terminals must have long battery life with 3500 mAh minimum • The IR capability of the terminals with body worn camera must be more than 8 meters. • The terminals should have hands free functionality. • The terminals should have minimum 8GB internal memory expandable upto 256GB with T Flash Card so that the police applications can be pre loaded. • The terminals should come pre loaded with mobile applications for E-Challan etc. • The control room software system should have capability of blocking the terminals in case of theft or loss. • The terminals must have dedicated PTT button. • The terminals must have dedicated SOS button. • The front speaker must have 2W output. • The charger cradle should have minimum 5 docks. Software link to be provided between control room consoles and terminals with the servers of the Government/third party to store the data generated by the system. The Police department shall finalize the cloud based infrastructure on Government/third party data servers separately. Police Departments have put their requirement for this solution on GEM We have designed our solution to meet all the above parameters and have loaded our product on the Portal. We have passed trials with the below Police Departments in several states in India. a. Assam Police b. Punjab Police. c, J&K Police (Disaster Management) d. J & K Power dept e. Uttarakhand Police We will be deploying our system in the near future in the above States.
