The workshop 2 starts with an introductory note from Mr.Kunal Kumar, Joint Secretary, Smart Cities Mission, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. It provides guidance to all registered cities on conducting and verifying in-person citizen surveys followed by a panel discussion with cities and experts on citizen surveys.
