Criteria For State/UT Award

There will be 3 State/UT Awards:

States with >3 Smart Cities
States with 3 or <3 Smart Cities
Union Territories

For each of the award category, proposals will be evaluated based on:

	Aggregate City Performance	Overall city performance across all smart cities in the state (average ranking) Scores for Project Outcomes for each proposal submitted under the Project Award category and Innovation awards will be aggregated across all smart cities in the state/across UTs (scores calculated for the City Award Category will be factored in); Calculate average score for all cities in state	20%
	Awards	Each city will be awarded 20 points for each award won in ISAC 2022 across Project and Innovation Award Categories	30%
	Mission to Movement	A 500-word description of measures the state/UT has taken to take SCM from ‘Mission to Movement’	50%

The State Mission Directors are requested to share the ‘Mission to Movement’ write-up (500-word description of measures the State/UT has taken to take SCM from ‘Mission to Movement’) to Aakriti (aachaudhari@deloitte.com) and Siddharth (sbarpanda@deloitte.com).
