To improve the quality of life for young children and their caregivers, Ranchi aims to create neighbourhoods that provide safe and nourishing spaces and environment. They plan to achieve this through satial interventions and particiatory planning.

The selected neighbourhood of Morabadi has a high concentration of 0-5 year-old children and is frequented by caregivers with young children for visiting nearby public spaces and market areas. It is also located closer to many facilities for young children such as health centres, day cares and schools.
